Refund policy

At Beauty Beam, we stand behind every product we carry. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. To initiate a return, contact us at support@beautybeam.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
